Coctails with Ouzo Plomari Arvaniti

PLOMARI SPLASH

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Ouzo of Plomari Isidoros Arvanitis

½ lemon cut into two parts

20ml lavender syrup

10-12 basil leaves

PREPARATION:

Inside the shaker put lemon and basil leaves and press hard with a pestle (muddling method). Then add ouzo and the lavender syrup. Stir the mixture well and you strain it twice (fine strain). Serve in a glass with crushed ice. Complete the cocktail decorating your glass with a sprig of lavender and a basil leaf.

ANIS & CHERRY

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Ouzo of Plomari Isidoros Arvanitis

½ lime in four parts

2 heaping tablespoons of sweet cherry

For garnish:

Cinnamon sticks flavored with ginger (grated)

PREPARATION:

Put the pieces of lime and sweet cherry in a shaker. Stir following the muddling method or if you do not have the special tool, use the traditional pestle! Then add οuzo and toss well to mix (method hard shaking). Pour your cocktail in a caipir glass without the strained juices. Garnish the glass with cinnamon stick. Serve with a teaspoon.
