Ingredients
3 cans of Palirria young okras in tomato sauce 280g
½kg baby goat meat
Altis Extra virgin olive oil
½ cup diced tomatoes
salt
pepper
vinegar
½ teaspoon radicchio
Method
Cut baby goat meat in cubes
Sauté with olive oil, until meat turns red
Add water, tomatoes, salt, pepper and radicchio
Boil for 35 minutes
Add okras and vinegar
Let boil for 5 more minutes
