Olympia-Xenia A.S.A. was founded in 1968 and its name has reference to Ancient Olympia, in the prefecture of Ilia, where the plant of processing and packaging table olives, olive paste, and  extra virgin olive oil is located.


In 1992, was the completion of the super modern plant built on a 90-acre estate. The 6000 m2 production area covers two production lines, one for  olives, capers, etc, and another one for extra virgin olive oil. 


The Olympia-Xenia A.S.A. supports local producers and in the same time works with them to improve their cultivation practice, so  the consumer can enjoy a product of high nutritional value and quality, which is perfectly harmonized with the slogan "Xenia Olives selected one-by-one".


The olives come  from carefully selected niche markets and from producers directly at the factory and received only after strict quality control. 
Then the primary process begins, a process that can take up to 6 months (for olives). During  this time, the quality control team constantly monitors the progress of the fermentation process, so that the final product meets the high standards required by global markets.
